Abstract
This article aims to analyze the factors of influence the process of implementing the omnibus law, in the process of establishing the Employment Copyright Act in Indonesia. This paper will use the Talcott Parsons cybernetics theory. The analysis shows that the process of implementing the Omnibus law in the formation of the Employment Copyright Act in Indonesia, is currently influenced by several factors, these factors are economic sub-system, political sub-system, social sub-system, and cultural sub-system, as stated by Talcott Parsons in his cybernetics theory. The influence of these factors which later at this time, caused various reactions of rejection from the people of Indonesia, so that in conclusion the author submitted a suggestion to the government so that if the process of establishing the Employment Copyright Act in Indonesia is not done in a hurry, this is useful in The framework is to examine in advance, how to implement the omnibus law in the establishment of the Employment Copyright Act in Indonesia so that it can be fully accepted by the community.
