Abstract

High resolution crystal diffractometry was used to determine the photoinduced X-ray spectra of elements from sodium to chlorine in the periodic table. The diagram lines were used to resolve the corresponding Kα1.2L satellites. The process was evaluated by deducing the line yield ratios of the satellite to determine the probabilities for the shake processes. The observed results were compared and evaluated against the theoretical approximations.
