Abstract

There is no single specific presentation for sarcoidosis.While somepatients are asymptomatic, others can present with various failing organs. The sarcoidosis patient may be like the snowflake, with no two patients exactly alike. However, one can usually tell whether it is raining or snowing. The clinician will often note a pattern of signs and symptoms that are predictive of sarcoidosis.
