Round-up of fashion-related IP decisions in 2022

Abstract

•In 2022, courts and competent authorities in Europe, Australia, China and Singapore delivered a series of important rulings of interest to and affecting the fashion sector. This contribution pro-vides a round-up of the most significant fashion-related intellectual property (IP) judgments issued in the period of 1 January to 31 December, 2022. • The analysis is organized by substantive IP right and enforcement aspects and is organized by country (Australia, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Spain and the UK).
