Abstract

The article examines the determinants of the concept of forest recreation management. Based on a critical analysis of scientific works on the study of the component composition of recreational forest use, three components have been identified, namely: recreational resources, recreational facilities, recreational activities. Four key components of recreational forest use have been identified: resource, social, economic, innovation and investment. The main indicators of the development of forest recreation management taking into account the component distribution have been investigated. A model for determining the overall efficiency of recreational forest use by taking into account the efficiency of each selected component is proposed. Usage of Excel is suggested to predict the level of recreational forest use.
