Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe how prophetic leadership in non-formal education in the era of disruption. Prophetic leadership is leadership that originates from the leadership of the prophet by prioritizing Sidiq, amanah, tabligh and fatonah in order to achieve goals. While disruption talks about global challenges that lead to changing times due to technology. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis with the method of library research, with a case study at the Tilawati Center Jabar I. Â The results of this study offer that prophetic leadership inherent in non-formal education institutions can move the institutions they lead to achieve their vision, mission and goals.
