Abstract

The dynamic economic and social of the world, requires that them professional, students, householders, etc., of any context social, adopt new competencies in the framework of achieve a better condition and quality of life. The present work investigative, has an approach practical and is proposes deliver criteria on entrepreneurship, that serve of base and preparation for them people can do facing new situations, with a vision of change and innovation for generate results different and necessary. Research provides the differentiation between entrepreneur and businessman, since many people assume that talk about entrepreneurship is exclusively related to the context of creation of companies, which is completely wrong. By such reason this work, tends to contribute towards the awareness of them individuals on the need of an attitude of change, through the development of the spirit entrepreneur (Entrepreneurship), that les allow establish objectives to level: social, labor, family and individual. This paper emphasizes that the entrepreneur is that thinks that to have different results in life, you must think and act different. Under this philosophy is proposed five bases fundamental on which the people may structure a real attitude of change.
