Abstract
Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis determinasi dari: (1) supervisi pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru, (2) kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru, (3) kemampuan kepala sekolah memotivasi guru terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru, dan (4) supervisi pembelajaran, kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, kemampuan kepala sekolah memotivasi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian korelasional terhadap guru-guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kubu. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, temuan yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut. (1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara supervisi pembelajaran dengan kemampuan manajerial guru; (2) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru; (3) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan kemampuan kepala sekolah memotivasi guru terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru; dan (4) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan antara secara bersama-sama supervisi pembelajaran, kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, dan kemampuan kepala sekolah memotivasi guru terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru. Kata kunci: Supervisi Pembelajaran, Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Memotivasi Guru Abstract - This study aims to determine and analyze the determination of: (1) learning supervision on teacher managerial abilities, (2) principal's managerial competence on teacher managerial abilities, (3) principal's ability to motivate teachers on teacher managerial abilities, and (4) supervision learning, managerial competence of principals, the ability of principals to motivate teachers together towards teacher managerial abilities. To achieve this goal, a research was conducted using a correlational research design on teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kubu. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the findings obtained were as follows. (1) there was a significant determination between learning supervision and teacher managerial abilities; (2) there was a positive and significant determination of the principal's managerial competence on the managerial ability of teachers; (3) there was a positive and significant determination of the principal's ability to motivate teachers towards teacher managerial abilities; and (4) there was a positive and significant determination between learning supervision, principal managerial competence, and principal's ability to motivate teachers towards teacher managerial abilities.
