Abstract

Nowadays, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is the most frequent bariatric procedure worldwide. However, and although this technique seems to be very simple, some important surgical details are essential in order to prevent potential severe complications after surgery. The aim of the chapter is to describe and show our standardized technique based on different surgical pictures.
