La gestión humana en entidades financieras y de seguros

Abstract

This article presents the results of research aimed at identifying the characteristics of the practices of human resource management in financial and insurance institutions in Tunja. The research has a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with the human management executives' guidance. The Sample is qualitative, not probabilistic. The selection criteria were the number of workers and seniority in the market. The units of analysis are the following processes: job description, recruitment and selection process, training, salaries, performance evaluation, career plan and hygiene and health. Human resource management processes in these institutions are systematic, taking into account scientific criteria for administration of workers. Normally processes are centralized at headquarters. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] El artículo presenta el resultado de investigación cuyo objetivo fue identificar las características de las prácticas de gestión del recurso humano en instituciones financieras y de seguros de la ciudad de Tunja. La investigación es de enfoque cualitativo, la recolección de información se realizó a través de entrevistas a profundidad con guía a directivos de gestión humana. La muestra es cualitativa, no probabilística, los criterios de selección fueron el número de trabajadores y antigüedad en el mercado. Las unidades de análisis son los procesos de descripción y análisis de cargos, reclutamiento de personal, selección de personal, incorporación, formación y entrenamiento, remuneración y beneficios, evaluación del desempeño, plan de carrera e higiene y seguridad. Los procesos de gestión humana en éste tipo de instituciones se realiza de manera sistemática, teniendo en cuenta criterios científicos para la administración de trabajadores, normalmente los procesos se centralizan en las oficinas principales.
