The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance at CV. Pearl of Southern Oku's Eternal Wisdom. The analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression, correlation analysis and hypothesis t test with the help of SPSS 22 software for windows. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of samples to be studied is 41 employees. So the results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between Organizational Climate on Employee Performance at CV. Pearl of South Oku's Eternal Wisdom I. It can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing that the value of tcount = 9.160 is greater than ttable = 1.683 at a significance level of 0.05, for dk = n-k-1 or 41-1-1 = 39. Thus the value of tcount is greater than the value t table (9,160 > 1,683) then the decision is to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which means that there is an influence between Organizational Climate on Employee Performance At CV. Pearl of Southern Oku's Eternal Wisdom.
