Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of steady-state motions of statically unbalanced rotor with imperfect ball autobalancing device (ABD), a center of symmetry of which does not coincide with the center of symmetry of the rotor. It is shown that there are three types of stationary unbalanced modes for the rotor spinning at a constant angular velocity. For each mode the amplitude-frequency characteristics were constructed and analysis of their stability were carried out.
