Abstract
Salah satu kondisi yang mempengaruhi kehamilan adalah status gizi pada masa usia subur dan prakonsepsi. Kekurangan gizi pada wanita usia subur akan menjadi masalah kesehatan pada periode kehidupan selanjutnya (Intergenation Impact). Data WHO menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 29% WUS di dunia yang mengalami anemia, sedangkan di Indonesia sendiri terdapat 32% WUS yang mengalami anemia. Sedangkan proporsi KEK pada wanita hamil yaitu 17,3% dan wanita tidak hamil 14,5%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran asupan gizi Wanita prakonsepsi di Kabupaten Banggai tahun 2024. Adapun jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 226 wanita prakonsepsi yang ditentukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asupan gizi Wanita prakonsepsi di Kabupaten Banggai paling banyak pada kategori kurang dimana asupan karbohidrat yaitu 98,2%, asupan lemak 89,9%, asupan protein yaitu 79,2%, asupan zinc yaitu 95,6%, asupan zat besi yaitu 99%, asupan vitamin B6 yaitu 80,5%, dan asupan vitamin B12 yaitu 88,9%. Perlu adanya peran petugas kesehatan dalam memberikan edukasi terkait pentingnya asupan zat gizi di masa prakonsepsi pada WUS dan keluarga WUS. One of the conditions that affect pregnancy is nutritional status during childbearing and preconception age. Malnutrition in women of childbearing age will become a health problem in the next period of life (Intergenation Impact). WHO data shows that there are 29% of WUS in the world who experience anemia, while in Indonesia itself there are 32% of WUS who experience anemia. Meanwhile, the proportion of SEZ in pregnant women is 17.3% and non-pregnant women are 14.5%. This study aims to obtain an overview of the nutritional intake of preconception women in Banggai Regency in 2024. The type of research is descriptive research with a sample of 226 preconception women determined by the Purposive Sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the nutritional intake of preconception women in Banggai Regency was the most in the underserved category where carbohydrate intake was 98.2%, fat intake was 89.9%, protein intake was 79.2%, zinc intake was 95.6%, iron intake was 99%, vitamin B6 intake was 80.5%, and vitamin B12 intake was 88.9%. There is a need for the role of health workers in providing education related to the importance of nutrient intake during the preconception period in WUS and WUS families.
