Abstract

This study presents a taxonomic treatment with descriptions, illustrations, and morphological comments of Leucobryaceae in the areas of canga in the Serra dos Carajás, Pará state, where the genera Campylopus (5 spp.), Leucobryum (2 spp.), and Ochrobryum (1 spp.) were recorded. Campylopus tallulensis is a new record for Brazil and Campylopus heterostachys is newly referred for the state of Pará.
