Abstract

The technical textiles accessories market is one of the most diverse in the industry. Each individual item contributes towards the finished product and so its design and quality are important. The article looks at fasteners, thread, rope, rigging systems, welding (eg. Kader) and luff tapes. The most common accessory, used in almost every technical textile application, is fasteners.
