Abstract

This article aims to discuss the situation and the performance of Brazilian unionism in the context of the international crisis of 2008 and especially after the economic and political crisis triggered in the second term of Dilma Rousseff. For this, we will examine some issues that most directly affect the rights of unionized workers in Brazil.
