Abstract
This study aims to develop an integrated thematic teaching materials are practical and effective. The draft was designed and then validated by three experts and two practitioners. Practicality is seen through the results of analysis of the implementation of the RPP, the questionnaire responses of students and teachers. Effectiveness seen through the results of activity observation and student learning outcomes. The results obtained, validation RPP gained an average of 3.74 in the category of very valid. Validation of teaching materials gained an average of 3.7 in the category of very valid. Mastery learning outcomes of students reached 88%. This means an integrated thematic teaching materials have been valid, practical and effective use in improving learning outcomes of students in the fourth grade of elementary school.
