O IMPACTO DA ELETROMOBILIDADE: VEÍCULOS ELÉTRICOS, MEIO AMBIENTE E A INFRAESTRUTURA ENERGÉTICA DO BRASIL

Abstract

O objetivo geral desse artigo é avaliar os impactos da eletromobilidade por veículos elétricos, o meio ambiente e a estrutura energética para atender a demanda, no Brasil. A metodologia baseou-se na coleta de dados por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica em sites, jornais, artigos e monografias. Os resultados obtidos indicam que os veículos elétricos no Brasil bateram novo recorde no ano de 2020, cujos números representaram um aumento com a porcentagem de 66% em relação ao ano anterior e 397% a mais do que no ano de 2018. Concluiu-se que a fabricação de carro elétrico no Brasil é viável, pois a maior parte da matriz energética é renovável e a transição de veículos a combustão pelos elétricos irá contribuir, significativamente, com a redução da emissão de gases tóxicos no meio ambiente e com a redução das mortes de cidadãos vítimas da combustão de combustível fóssil.The general objective of this article is to assess the impacts of electromobility by electric vehicles, the environment and the energy structure to meet demand, in Brazil. The methodology was based on data collection through bibliographic research on websites, newspapers, articles and monographs. The results abtained indicate that electric vehicles in Brazil broke a new record in the year 2020, whose numbers represented an increase with the percentage of 66% in relation to the previous year and 397% more than in the year of 2018. It was concluded that the manufacture of electric cars in Brazil is feasible, since most of the energy matrix is renewable and the transition from combustion vehicles to electric ones will contribute significantly to the reduction of the emission of toxic gases in the environment and to the reduction of deaths of citizens who are victims of fóssil fuel combustion.
