Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en la Educación Superior: una revisión documental

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present the State of academic research on ICT in higher education during the period 2005-2015 through the analysis of items reported in publications inclunding in the Index of Mexican Journals of Scientific and Technological Research of the National Council of Science and Technology (Conacyt). Inclusion and exclusion criteria were defined for the search and selection of potentially relevant articles and a collection form was designed to facilitate its registration and analysis. The results show that the publications on ICT in higher education have not grown at the same rate as the experiences that have been made in recent years, and type descriptive or exploratory studies prevail which makes the generalize the reported findings.
