Abstract

At a first sight the financial universe seems opaque for a sociological analysis. One of the ways of entering this important space in the current Brazilian reality is by registering the performance of some public figures and the internal and outside shocks that such appearances cause. This article shows some characteristics of this "field," especially those that internally dynamize it, as well as its relation with the inclusive society. © 2009 ANPOCS.
