Efektivitas Token Economy Terhadap Perawatan Diri Pada Klien Skizofrenia

Abstract

Skizofrenia dengan gejala defisit perawatan diri yang merupakan gejala nomor dua terbanyak di RSJ Provinsi Jambi. Defisit perawatan diri adalah gangguan kemampuan untuk melakukan aktifitas perawatan diri oleh sebab itu perlu diberikan program metode, salah satunya yaitu metode token ekonomi.Tujuan : untuk mengetahui efektifitas token economy terhadap perawatan diri pada klien skizofrenia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre Experiment dengan rancangan One Grup pre test dan post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh klien Skizofrenia dengan masalah defisit perawatan diri yang dirawat di Ruang tenang Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi periode Oktober 2022. Pada penelitian ini sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 21 orang. Instrument menggunakan lembar observasi dan analisa menggunakan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji T-Test. Ada efektifitas token economy terhadap perawatan diri pada klien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2022 dengan nilai p-value 0,000. Self-care deficit is a disorder of the ability to carry out self-care activities, therefore it is necessary to provide program methods, one of which is the token economy method. The population in this study were all schizophrenic clients with self-care deficit problems who were treated in the quiet room of the Jambi Provincial Mental Hospital for the period October 2022. In this study, samples were taken using a total sampling technique of 21 people. The instrument uses observation sheets and analyzes using univariate and bivariate with the T-Test test. There is the effectiveness of the token economy for self-care of schizophrenic clients at the Jambi Province Mental Hospital in 2022 with a p-value of 0.000. The token economy is effective for self-care in schizophrenic clients.
