Abstract

AbstractThe implementation of consumer protection is far from being resolved. there are still many cases that are detrimental to the buyer. whereas, in the principle of sales it says "the buyer is king." But what happened instead showed low consumer protection. whereas the form of consumer protection is clearly regulated in Act Number 80 of 1999 concerning the Consumer Protection Act. It states that there is a guarantee for consumers and efforts to create a consumer protection system that contains elements of legal certainty and transparency of information, as well as access to information on food, drinks, and dangerous drugs.Keywords: Consumer Protection, Sales, Transparency. AbstractImplementasi perlindungan konsumen masih jauh dari kata penyelesaian. masih banyak kasus-kasus yang merugikan pembeli. padahal, dalam prinsip penjualan dikatakan  "pembeli adalah raja." Namun yang terjadi malah menunjukkan rendahnya perlindungan konsumen. padahal bentuk perlindungan konsumen sudah jelas diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 80 tahun 1999 tentang Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen. Didalamnya dinyatakan adanya jaminan bagi konsumen dan upaya menciptakan sistem perlindungan konsumen yang mengandung unsur kepastian hukum dan transparansi informasi, serta akses terhadap informasi makanan, minuman, dan obat-obatan berbahaya.Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Konsumen, Penjualan, Transparansi.
