ANALISIS HUKUM PELANGGARAN ADMINISTRASI PEMILU/PEMILIHAN

Abstract

Bawaslu, none other than supporting the substantial democracy manifested in elections / elections with integrity can be carried out through renewal, oversight and especially support related to election selection efforts. However, however, it is still in the renewal of administrative elections. The purpose of approving this is to analyze the Election Administration Violations Handling or election requested by the Election Supervisory Body. The research method carried out in conducting this research uses the Qualitative Research Method so as to encourage understanding of social phenomena that occur in society. Data collection methods used through document collection, observation and interviews through qualitative collection. The results of this study found the results / results obtained by the Election or Election administration conducted by Bawaslu have urgency / important position in the enforcement of Election / Election law. Election / Election, evaluation and improvement are needed from the substance faktor, structural faktor, facility / infrastructure faktor and community faktors. All of these faktors must be synergistic in order to create a strong electoral legal system that will create a substantial democracy based on direct, general, free, safe, honest and fair values.
