Nonrelativistic electron bremsstrahlung in a strongly magnetized plasma

Abstract

In this paper we have calculated the emission of bremsstrahlung radiation of nonrelativistic electrons in Landau levels in a dense plasma. We have found that the radiation rate is inversely proportional to the electron momentum, which is characteristic of one-dimensional gases. © 1970 The American Physical Society.
