Abstract
This study presents an overview of human resources (2000 to 2007) and people management (2008-2013) articles published at SEMEAD using bibliometric, sociometric and qualitative analyzes. Seeks to identify the current situation in terms of thematic studied, coauthored and co-production publications and propose reflections for the future in terms of theoretical and practical contributions. The results indicate: (1) an increase in the number of Authorship per article and the number of citations to scientific articles; (2) an expansion of the network of co-authorship and coproduction with the emergence of intermediaries IES that play roles in the production of knowledge; (3) concentration of authors and IES with a scattering of thematic; (4) the prevalence of theoretical and empirical approach and qualitative methods, especially case studies.
