Abstract
This research can be said to be important because the development of information and communication technology has given birth to public service model conducted through E-Government. By using information technology in accordance with the needs of the organization will be able to manage data quickly, effectively and efficiently and produce the right information, fast, and accurate. But in the implementation is still far from expectations, with this research is expected to find the answer. The formulation of the problem in this thesis is how the public service standards based on E-Government in Aceh High Court. How is the use of information technology applied in Aceh High Court in processing legal administration. This research uses qualitative method, data collection through observation, interview, documentation. Using a qualitative approach. The informant comprised the Chief Prosecutor, several related Assistants and some communities. Technique examination of data validity by using four criterias. Informan will used their data to compare with observation in the field. The results show that E-Government-based public service in Aceh High Court in utilizing information technology to achieve job result efficiently able to manage data quickly, effectively and efficiently and produce the right information, fast and accurate. In the public service sector undertaken the development of information and communication technology has spawned a model of public services conducted through E-Government. However, this system has not run fully in line with the government's expectations as stipulated in Presidential Instruction Number 3 of 2003 on National Policy and Strategy of E-Government Development. From the research result, it can be concluded that public service based on E-Government in Aceh High Court in using information to achieve the result of work efficiently has not been able to run fully as expected of government. Money people not enough to service based on E-Government in Aceh High Court in using information, because people always busy to handle their work in their job
