PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP PROFESIONALISME GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN KEDURANG ILIR KABUPATEN BENGKULU SELATAN

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru (2) Pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru (3) Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap profesionalisme guru. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi Penelitian adalah 62 guru SMP Negeri dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : (1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme Guru sebesar 12,4%; (2) budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme Guru sebesar 31,5%; dan (3) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme Guru sebesar 31,7%. (2) The influence of the work culture toward teacher professionalism. (3)) The influence of the principal leadership and work culture which directly toward teacher professionalism. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 62 State Junior high school teachers with data collection techniques by using questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive and regression analysis. The results indicated there is a significant influence of principal leadership toward professionalism of teachers with 12,4 %; the work culture influence of professionalism of teachers with 31,5 %; the principal leadership and the work culture which directly influence to professionalism is 31,7%.
