Abstract
This paper presents new forms of synthesis of digital technologies and musical art. The general principles of augmented and virtual reality technologies are considered. The results of the study of the processes of the evolution of the multimedia environment are presented, which have found expression in various scenarios of the educational process and the emergence of forms of presentation of musical works that open up new facets in academic musical genres. The distance learning format, scientific communication and the development of cultural horizons has become the norm of the new reality, bringing to life the phenomena that arose under the influence of this process. Special attention is paid to the review of options for the inclusion of augmented reality technologies in music education on the example of music-theoretical and music-historical disciplines. The article describes the experience of foreign colleagues using a special software environment in the framework of music subjects of the general education school course. The creative experiments of composers, directors and media artists to create theatrical productions combining the traditional stage with the digital one considered. The features of musical works combining AR technologies are presented on the example of the production of “Fall into sin” of R. Sagdiyev (director D. Otyakovsky, mediaartist E. Pshenichny). The author comes to conclusions about the applicability of this technology in the framework of work to attract attention to the opera theater of the public, whose representatives are the younger generation, as well as about the likely transformation of genre forms due to changes in the usual environment of genre development.
