KETERLIBATAN UNIT KERJA DI FAKULTAS ILMU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MALANG DALAM MEMPERLANCAR SURAT PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN KEUANGAN

Abstract

This research aims to describe the division of tasks, describe the form of engagement, describe supporting factors and describe the factors inhibiting the involvement of work units in FIP UM in the smooth completion of financial accountability letters. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach using a case study design conducted at the Faculty of Education (FIP) of Malang State University (UM). Data collection is done by utilizing google form. Checking the validity of data uses credibility. The results of the research are, (1) the division of tasks is carried out from the beginning of the preparation of the activity plan to the completion of the SPJ, (2) the form of involvement from several parties such as superiors in each unit such as the head of the department and other employees, (3) supporting factors, namely the deadline given sufficient, regulations regarding drafting and requirements do not change much from each year, communication with the FIP financial unit also ensures, and the settlement of financial SPJ is provided assistance, and (4) inhibition factors, namely, lack of socialization related to supporting data needed in reporting activities, lack of open information related to SPJ changes, when examining SPJ support data not in general but only in the details of supporting data one by one, SPJ has been around for a long time.
