Abstract

Clean water is one of the basic needs for human life. Since 2004, Indonesia has a law regulation of Water Resources, that is Law Number 7 of 2004. But in various regions in Indonesia, there are areas that still has shortages of clean water. Making simple raw water treatment equipment using a filtration system is expected to help the community to treat dirty water into raw water on a household scale. The equipment is easy to operate, with cheap and easy-to-obtain materials, and can be moved because it has dimension that are not to large.
