Abstract

Highlights Development of fabrication methods for triboelectric sensor is summarized. Working mechanisms and suitable applications of various methods are outlined. Reference scheme for the subsequent applications of these methods is proposed. Chances and challenges faced by different fabrication methods are discussed.
