Evaporators with induction heating and their applications

Abstract

The design and operation features of induction evaporators for deposition of metal coatings are considered. The method of control of the induction evaporator for ion deposition on the base of pulse grid modulation of the RF generator is presented. The method allows to independently regulate the evaporating intensity and the level of vapor ionization.
