Abstract
The Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) has recently revised its guideline on the management of osteoporosis and the prevention of fragility fractures (SIGN142), incorporating key recommendations on assessment of fracture risk, treating postmenopausal women and systems of care. This article provides a summary of the updated guidance.
