Abstract

This document describes the experience of São Paulo state government in its initiatives to develop an e-gov standard, focusing on the importance of centralization of access efforts from the citizen's perspective and the role of human-computer interaction and social and digital inclusion in this process. © IFIP International Federation for Information Processing 2007.
