Abstract

Education is an effort to elevate dignity in order to improve the quality of human life. Which aims to educate the mind, mature, and change behavior for the better in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. Education has an important role in ensuring the development and continuity of human life, because education is basically an effort to prepare students for the future and develop all their potential students in order to develop optimally. This study aims to determine the strategy of the madrasah head in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Miftahus Salam Islamic Elementary School in the village of Kwatu, and the Madrasah Principal in optimizing online learning at the Miftahus Salam Islamic Madrasah in the village of Kwatu. This type of research is qualitative, so that the research is systematic and more directed, it is designed through five stages, namely: the identification of research problems, the preparation of research proposals, the stage of collecting research data, the stage of analyzing research data, and the stage of compiling a research report. With a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation and data validation techniques.
