Induksi Teknologi Informasi Untuk Penguatan Usaha “Hasbuna Catering” Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 2019

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out by implementing a company profile website and making business license for Hasbuna Catering Surakarta. The community service partner is "Hasbuna Catering" which is located at Perumahan Garden Vista B-7 Gang Jambu Gebyok RT.03 RW.05 Kelurahan Ngemplak, Kartasura, Sukoharjo. Community service activities are divided into three stages, namely (1) Preparation Stage; (2) Implementation Stage; (3) Mentoring Stage.Preparation stage includes discussion with partners regarding problems and expectations desired by partners. The company profile website process is also carried out at the preparation stage. Website management module preparation and business license management are also carried out during the preparation stage.Implementation stage includes registering a business name to obtain a domain and hosting, uploading company profile content to the registered domain. Website management training and business license management are carried out at the implementation stage.Mentoring stage is the program sustainability stage after the partners carry out all activities at the implementation stage. At this stage the partners and the community service implementation team together oversee the application that has been made to optimize the promotion and sale of products from community service partners.Output from community service activity are increase the understanding and skills of the community through training on website management and the engineering of sales systems and product promotion using a company profile website. In addition, business license also an output of community service activities.
