Abstract

This article from the journal Gruppe. Interaction. Organisation. describes the development and implementation of a digital tool to support onboarding processes, the so-called “Process Pilot”. Based on a requirements analysis, the “Process Pilot” was developed to support onboarding processes and implemented during pre- and onboarding in an SME and a university institute. The insights gained from both case studies are reflected upon and further application possibilities and potential further developments of the Process Pilot are identified.
