Abstract

The study was conducted to investigate the diagnostic performance of serum LIM homeobox transcription factor 1 alpha (LMX1A) in patients with gastric cancer (GC). The serum level of LMX1A in GC, benign, and healthy groups was measured using quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) and compared with the student t test. The associations of serum LMX1A levels with clinical parameters were analyzed with chi-square test. The diagnostic value of serum LMX1A in GC was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.
