Abstract

In this work, we investigate carbon nanotubes (CNTs) modeled by a double-Timoshenko system (DTS), incorporating frictional damping and thermal effects governed by Coleman–Gurtin’s thermal law. Using the semigroup method, we establish the well-posedness of the model. Furthermore, we prove the exponential stability of the system, independent of any interactions or constraints on the system’s parameters.
