Abstract

The fundamental objective of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational culture and interpersonal relationships in an Educational Institution in Piura. For the development of this work, basic descriptive research was carried out with a correlational design, with a quantitative approach, for which the sample size is 36 teachers to whom the survey technique is applied with its instruments based in questionnaires formulated with 18 items, with a high level of reliability and validity by expert judgment. Customized tables and the Pearson coefficient were used to measure the level of correlation, reaching R=0.714 and a significance of 0.009, which is why it is stated that there is a relationship between organizational culture and interpersonal relationships.
