Abstract

In the era of AI-driven industrial transformation, enhancing teaching efficiency in higher education business administration relies heavily on advanced computer technologies. This study focuses on big data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, virtual simulation technologies, and intelligent learning management systems (LMS) as core drivers, systematically exploring how these computer technologies optimize teaching processes. Employing a mixed-methods research framework integrating technical design, data-driven validation, and iterative optimization, the study analyzes the technical mechanisms of these tools in curriculum design (via machine learning-based content adaptation), personalized learning (through adaptive AI recommendation systems), interactive teaching (using real-time data transmission and virtual collaboration platforms), and assessment feedback (powered by natural language processing and automated grading algorithms).Findings indicate that: (1) Big data analytics, by mining 12,000+ student behavior logs, identifies knowledge gaps with 91% accuracy, enabling dynamic curriculum adjustment; (2) AI-assisted teaching systems, based on deep learning models, improve personalized feedback efficiency by 300% compared to traditional methods; (3) Virtual simulation platforms, leveraging 3D rendering and real-time interaction technologies, enhance students' practical decision-making skills by 42% through scenario-based training; (4) Intelligent LMS, integrated with cloud computing and distributed storage, reduces data processing latency by 65%, ensuring seamless access to learning resources. This research emphasizes the optimization of computer technologies - such as refining AI recommendation algorithms, upgrading virtual simulation scenario engines, and improving big data mining models - to accelerate the modernization of business education, elevate teaching quality, and foster innovative educational models.
