Abstract

Recently, it has been shown that a simple model could describe satisfactorily the kinetics of coating iron enrichment of hot-dip galvanized interstitial free (IF) steels during isothermal galvannealing. The data of Jordan et al. and Lin et al. agreed very well with the model. This article presents experimental evidence to support the model.
