Abstract
Atropa Belladonna related poisoning may lead to anticholinergic syndrome. Ingestion of high amounts of the plant may cause lethargy, coma, and even a serious clinical picture that could lead to death. In this case report, we aim to share a case of anticholinergic syndrome that developed after ingestion of the fruit called "Deadly Nightshade" in our country. © 2013 by Turkish Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Society.
