Abstract

Development work culture is an activity that is konprehensif that requires a holistic approach, involving many aspects, sectors and disciplines. The effort was based on two senses First, the construction work culture means making behavior (ethics) modern labor quality (effective, efficient, accountable, transparent, and so on) become a part of everyday life. Because of his efforts are intended to adopt modern work culture (outside), which is seen both in the Indonesian society. This situation in turn is a process of change in both the individual and the group. Second, develop a work culture that exists in the community to become more sensitive to the demands and more in line with the development needs and technology. These efforts led to the modernization or development potential domistik we have with modern science. In this case, the basic values of society is seen as characteristics of goodness about to be realized in the organization of the government bureaucracy. Work culture must be appropriate and rooted in the awareness of the local community.
