Abstract
Mycotic aneurysms represent less than 1% of all reported aneurysms, most of which occur in adults. We present the case of a 2-year-old boy with Streptococcus pyogenes bacteremia and a recurrent mycotic aneurysm. Copyright © 2012 by Lippincott Williams &Wilkins.
