Abstract

A case of Hartnup disease is described and some biochemical aspects of the disorder are investigated. The clinical manifestations leave little doubt that the subject was suffering from Hartnup disease, but the biochemical data suggested that he might be a genetic variant of the trait. © 1964, British Medical Journal Publishing Group.
