Abstract

Spring weights of selected warbler species are given for a migration transit point in north west Morocco. The proportion of heavy birds outside the normal weight ranges suggested that a limited amount of refuelling took place and many birds appeared to be too light for onward migration without fattening. Weights at other Mediterranean transit-points are briefly compared. © 1979 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
