Abstract

Comentarios Unai: se trata de un artículo tipo review que apunta sobre tres varaibles que según el autor están missing en la investigación sobre SHRM: time, cause and individuals. No me dice mucho nuevo pero si podré aprovechar algunas citas interesantes para mi modelo teórico y sobre todo reforzar dicho modelo con algunas de estas variables.
