Abstract
A case is presented in which a large infected keloid of the back of the neck was widely excised and the edges of the tumor were injected with triamcinolone acetate. The area was covered with partial thickness skin graft. The steroid injections were continued postoperatively. At fourteen months follow-up, there is no evidence of recurrence. © The American Laryngological, Rhinological and Otological Society, Inc.
