Abstract

The implementation of the Danayasa Tower office project is an activity that takes place in a limited period of time. During the construction project implementation period, there is often a mismatch between the planned schedule and the realization in the field which can result in an increase in implementation time and an increase in implementation costs so that project completion becomes late. The cause of delays and often occurs is due to the influence of weather factors, inadequate work requirements, materials or equipment, planning errors or specifications. The method of implementing construction is essentially the elaboration of procedures and techniques for carrying out work, which is the core of all activities in all construction management. During the process of excavation, backfill to foundry, the costs are quite expensive, starting from land clearing to the casting stage. For backfill excavation, the construction of the retaining baseman was excavated to a depth of 45 meters and using bored piles. During the ironing process, the formwork used is by using steel in the form of assemblies which are mounted on various column dimensions that span every 10 cm and then connected with bolts and the formwork is also smeared with Mold Oil to make it easier to remove the formwork after the column has been cast.
